The property was great and met the needs of what we required. The host communicated well and responded to any questions we had. Upon check in we didn’t have some bits in the property like tea towels/oven gloves but the host got this rectified immediately.
The house was in good condition and tidy plus had all the things we needed. Some extra kitchen utensils and flat baking trays would be ideal but there was enough there to get by. This is the second time I’ve used this property, previously with another work region and both times it’s been fab and encountered no issues.

The WiFi was really slow and struggled to use the tele because of this. When having a toddler the tele comes in useful sometimes.
The rules for outside were not known until after the booking had been made. Had we have stayed during the summer months, evenings do not get dark until 10pm yet you need to be out of the garden/hot tub at 9pm.
The games room (which is located in the garden room) this was a little disappointing as you couldn’t have had a proper game of pool due to space.
Children are allowed to stay here however I did not feel safe letting my nearly 3 year old run around on her own. Corners of sinks, doors which do not shut properly, no carpet so having to constantly have something on their feet. Babies crawling wouldn’t be safe.
It also mentions a children’s toy room, I don’t know where this was?

The location is on a busy junction & the gardens and home are need of some TLC but we loved our stay . Thank you.
