Elle had thoughtfully left fresh home-made bread for us and plenty of tea/coffee etc. The little kitchen had everything necessary for those wanting to self-cater. We were very impressed with this property and would certainly recommend it.

Exceptional
Excellent accommodation, very clean and tidy. All amenities especially with the little added personal touches of homemade bread and jam. Would definitely return again.

We had a great time staying here. The property was in a great location with easy access to Bath via the bus. Really easy check in and check out and quick communication from April.

A good bolt hole near bath. Small but well formed. Convenient off-street parking right outside, but people may wish to note that its on a main road and so you can hear traffic passing. Not a problem for us but might be for some. All the basics are provided for minus a couple of things which werent that important to us. The place was clean and tidy. Those used to 100% cotton sheets might find the bedding a bit clammy, but the bed itself (and even the sofa bed) was very supportive and comfy. The kitchen is basic but theres enough there to cook a decent breakfast. The village location is very pleasant and there’s a good pub, an Indian restaurant and a well-stocked convenience store all nearby. Check in and check out was very straightforward and simple.

Nice place, good location and good value. Very responsive on texts/let us check in early. However the walls seem to be very thin and you can hear everything from the upstairs flat which kept us up at night. The bed was also not the most comfortable, but maybe that is just our preference.

Used as a base whilst visiting family in Neston. Ideally situated for Bath and surrounding area. Added bonus of car parking which is extremely useful. Apartment clean with a very well equipped kitchen including full size gas cooker which we found useful when not eating out. Well stocked garage/mini supermarket within 5 minutes walk. Overall, adequate for our needs.
